Well, all of us have to live here on this earth, but I am, to be honest, grateful that someone or something has put an end to this wasp queen\u2019s attempt to build a home for her clan near my little red house and this are the reasons why.<\/p>\n

Firstly, I have never had the ability to sit still when a wasp comes too close. I panic and flutter hysterically with arms and legs. It may make the wasp irritated and more aggressive, but I call on the right to defend myself and attack is, as you probably know, the best form of defence or\u2026?<\/p>\n

Secondly, wasps kill honey bees if they can get away with it and I what to do what I can to avoid open war between wasps and wild bees who are diligent and welcoming guests in my garden.<\/p>\n

With that said, wasps do most likely have their justification by being useful somewhere in the food chain, and I hope they will continue doing so as long as they stay away from my garden and \u201cmy\u201d honey bees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
