Lad det st\u00e5 og tr\u00e6kke i 2-3 timer.<\/p>\n<p>Tils\u00e6t g\u00e6r til blandingen af kerner og vand og r\u00f8r til g\u00e6ren er helt opl\u00f8st.<\/p>\n<p>Derefter tils\u00e6ttes surm\u00e6lksproduktet, \u00e6g, den hakkede spinat, havregryn og salt, r\u00f8r til alting er blandet godt.<\/p>\n<p>Tils\u00e6t grahamsmel og rugsigtemelet. N\u00e5r blandinger er r\u00f8rt sammen tils\u00e6ttes hvedemel lidt ad gangen. Dejen skal v\u00e6re smidig uden at v\u00e6re klistret.<\/p>\n<p>Stil dejen til h\u00e6vning i omkring 1,5 time (stuetemperatur) eller natten over i k\u00f8leskab.<\/p>\n<p>Form 12-14 boller som s\u00e6ttes p\u00e5 en bageplade. L\u00e6g et rent fugtigt viskestykke over og lad dem h\u00e6ve i omkring 45 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>Pensel bollerne med \u00e6g og drys med bl\u00e5 birkes.<\/p>\n<p>Bages i en forvarmet ovn ved 200 grader i 15-20 minutter.
