Hvis det man g\u00f8r ikke fungerer, s\u00e5 m\u00e5 man finde p\u00e5 noget andet og HURRA, det lykkedes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opskrift \/ Recept<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 dl vand<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl uskallede sesamfr\u00f8<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk. chiafr\u00f8<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk. rapsolie<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk. akaciehonning<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk. salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de \/ S\u00e5 g\u00f6r du:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bland vand, havregryn, sesamfr\u00f8 og chiafr\u00f8 i en sk\u00e5l med l\u00e5g. R\u00f8r rundt og lad det st\u00e5 i mindst en time.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld blandingen over i en blender og tils\u00e6t rapsolie, akaciehomming og salt.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f8r blenderen p\u00e5 h\u00f8jeste hastighed i et par minutter.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld blandingen igennem en tyndmasket si\/sil. R\u00f8r rundt med en ske eller dejskraber\/spatel til der kun er havrepulb\/havrerester tilbage i sien\/silen<\/li>\n<li>Si derefter havrem\u00e6lken\/havremj\u00f6lken gennem et ostekl\u00e6de\/saftsil for at fjerne de sidste rester af havre og fr\u00f8. Det kan v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendigt at vride\/krama den sidste v\u00e6dske ud med h\u00e6nderne.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld over p\u00e5 en ren flaske med t\u00e6tsluttnede l\u00e5g.<\/li>\n<li>Hvis du vil have lidt krydderi p\u00e5 tilv\u00e6relsen s\u00e5 pr\u00f8v at\u00a0 tils\u00e6tte \u00bd tsk. af f.eks vaniljeekstrakt, kanel eller kardemomme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Holdbarheden er omkring 4 dage p\u00e5 k\u00f8l\/i kylen.<\/p>\n<p>Omrystes inden brug \/ Skakas innan anv\u00e4nding.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg bruger udelukkende denne opskrift i kaffe og te og til smoothies.
