Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg i 2-3 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>Smula ner j\u00e4st i bunken med kross och vatten. Blanda tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6st sig.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda i gr\u00e4ddfil, \u00e4gg, spenat, havregryn och salt.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt  grahamsmj\u00f6l och r\u00e5gsikt.  Blanda i vetemj\u00f6l lite i taget och arbeta degen tills den \u00e4r smidig utan att vara kladdig.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4s under bakduk i 1,5 timma (rumstemperatur) eller \u00f6ver natten  i kylsk\u00e5p.<\/p>\n<p>Forma degen till 12-14 frallor och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. J\u00e4s 45 minutter ytterligare under bakduk.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla frallorna med \u00e4gg och str\u00f6 p\u00e5 bl\u00e5 vallmofr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dda i mitten p\u00e5 ugnen i 200 grader i 15-20 minutter.
